The venue is very clean and well, decorated with exceptional room service. the staff members are friendly and helpful in providing recommendations about the city. I enjoyed the luxurious amenities, especially the spa lounge and the massage. the restaurant offers tasteful breakfast and dinner with special diet menus.
For the price that I paid, I expected a bigger room and more exclusive facilities. the soundproofing was not as good as advertised, and I could hear noise from the street and other rooms at night.

We stayed in a cozy hotel in a quiet area located right next to the historical district. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with the mini-Portuguese tarts being a must-try. The hotel also offered sustainable products and design, including solid shampoo and soap, and cotton slipper bags.
Some guests mentioned that the room lacked storage space, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area right next to the historical district. It is very close to all the Belém attractions and the train station, only 2 stops from the main center of the city. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The intimate ambiance and exquisite decor made us feel right at home. The staff were really good too make our visit nice. We were even surprised with special touches for my husband's 40th birthday. The spa facilities were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Thenice and neat room was so good. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious every morning. we highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Lisbon.
